Chelsea signs "rangers starlet" billy gilmore
Chelsea have completed the signing of talented youngster Billy Gilmour from Rangers.
The teenage midfielder, who had agreed to leave Rangers for Blues in May, signed a formal deal with the West London side on Tuesday.
Gilmour confirmed the deal on his social media account by posting pictures of himself signing his new deal and holding a Chelsea shirt along with the caption "Great day signing for @ChelseaFC".
