The Daily Mail says Arsenal have offered the star duo mega pay-rises - in the region of 20 per cent - in a bid to persuade the pair to sign.
The wage increases would be triggered once Arsenalregain their Champions League status.
The Gunners missed out on qualifying for European football's top club competition for the first time in 20 years last season after finishing fifth.
Sanchez and Ozil have both rejected new deals in-excess of £250,000-per-week and are entering the final 12 months of their existing deals.
