The Madrid's were at a stale mate at the Wanda Metropolitano stadium which mounts much more pressure on both bosses Zinedine Zidane and simeone who's side's haven't been so impressive this season.

And the viral news of Ramos’ broken nose adds much problem to the Frenchman’s chance of getting Real back to winning ways.

Ramos had a clash with Atletico’s Lucas Hernandez on the 36th minute and after so much  treatment on the side
 line he was patched up and returned to action.

But at half-time the Spanish international had to be substituted, with Nacho coming on as his replacement.

“Ramos has a cut on the nose and I think that it is broken,” Zidane confirmed after the game.

“I don't know how much time will be out.”

This is not the first time Ramos has broken his nose while representing Los Blancos.

In 2007 the 31-year-old clashed with Bayern Munich's Roy Makaay.

But three days later he returned and scored the opening goal against Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
